Heading north along the Atlantic coast: La Trinité.
This small sub-prefecture with 15,000 inhabitants doesn't really have much to offer in itself, except being an almost unavoidable access point to visit the Caravelle Peninsula.
When looking at a map of Martinique, the Caravelle Peninsula is the appendage located to the right and protruding 12 km into the Atlantic; its width varies from 1 to 4 km depending on the location.
